Delicate, adorable Rosa is a flower waiting to bloom. She's a 5 year old chihuahua mix who is long and petite and very very sweet! Rosa came to ACL from a local animal control where she'd arrived as a stray and the staff was unable to locate her owners. They were able to discover her name was "Rosa" though, and it fits her perfectly! Rosa is understandably nervous, but she warms up and just blossoms with the smallest amount of sweetness. She walks like a jaunty show pony and we can tell she loves it! Rosa enjoys being held occasionally, and she will give you kisses and ask to be picked up if she's feeling insecure or wants a cuddle. Rosa is a sensitive soul, so she'd love a quiet home that can't wait to shower her with affection! Because of her size and personality, Rosa would do best with kids 12 and up who understand that she's just a little lady. Rosa will do well with other gentle dogs and likely be a great companion to a confident cat. Come meet her today!
