Their Story: Sweet Pea is a young female lab/plott mix that came to the shelter as a stray mid October. This little girl truly lives up to her name. She is a doll. She loves getting petted and rubbed, going for walks, and playing ball in the yard. She doesn't walk like the average dog, but rather does the "plott trot". She prances on her tippy toes. Sweet Pea will need a home that is a little bit more on the quiet side, or a family thats willing to be calm around her for the first week or so. She is timid and being inside at the shelter can scare her. However, once she's away from all the noise she's fine.
