My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please read the full description. We are asking for a $250.00 donation to our rescue for her. Local adoption in the Jacksonville area only as we require a home visit. We rescued this precious, rare Siamese bobtail mix from a rural kill animal control facility in Putnam County. After her being in our rescue for only 24 hours we realized that something was very wrong with her and took her to the vet. She needed an ultrasound, xrays and bloodwork and had to be hospitalized for the weekend. She could not urinate or deficate on her own and had to be sedated and given an enema. She had to be hooked up to an IV for fluids to flush out her kidneys because her kidney values were dangerously high. The xrays indicated that she had a pelvic fracture, causing a narrowing of her pelvis. We had a specialist review her xrays and he indicated that her fracture was healed albeit chronic. She has recovered fully, but she may never be able to jump as high as a cat that has not had a pelvic injury and she has to be fed a quality canned cat food. We also add a little bit of 100% pumpkin and water to her food for added fiber and fluid intake. She is approximately 7 months old and is very playful and affectionate! She is fully vetted and microchipped. Please contact us for a private meet and greet!
