My story

Please contact Debbie ( for more information about this pet.

For more information, please contact foster mom Debbie at

DOB est 6/1/2012...   Junior is a SUPER sweet boy.  He came from a hoarder situation where the cats lived in a basement for years with no litter boxes and one light bulb.  In spite of that situation they were very healthy and friendly.  Junior is laid back and friendly.  Junior craves your attention.  Be careful as he insists on rubbing your legs and could trip you up.  He loves to be petted on.  Junior is a lap cat.  Despite not having litter boxes most of his life he has never had an issue using the litter box since being in foster care.  Where he came from the people loved on him so he is very affectionate.  He has not had any health issues since being in foster care as of February 2017.  Junior was one of the first cats rescued the first day we went to the hoarder situation.  He has never looked back.

More about this rescue

Forgotten Felines, Inc. is a 501-(3)(c) non-profit charitable organization. Our primary purpose is to manage the feral cat population in our area by trapping, neutering/spaying and re-releasing (TNR) cats back into their original territories. We also work to provide safe temporary homes for cats that are homeless, unwanted, abandoned or lost. Some of our animals have been rescued from dangerous conditions and cannot be released back to their original territory...these animals are housed in foster homes until permanent loving homes can be found. The majority of these animals are friendly abandoned pets, that are not feral, and we offer these loving and grateful animals for adoption here on Petfinder and also at Petsmart in Jones Valley, Huntsville, AL. We also provide help to people who are elderly, disable, financially challenged and those who love their animals but cannot provide them with the necessary care.

Our Mission...

(1) Control feral cat populations through neutering/spaying
(2) Educate the public about about proper pet care and responsibility, especially neutering/spaying and advising about pet behavior and medical issues that often result in families giving up their pets
(3) Humanely remove and relocate ferals when possible
(4) Adopt out loving, grateful animals into permanent forever homes
(5) Raise necessary funds to build a shelter for rescued cats
