My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Loyal is a 3 yr old Pointer/Hound mix neutered male.
He is a great dog!! Very well mannered and quiet in the house. Tidy too as he likes to keep his toys in his doggie bed! He sleeps with them all too! He likes going for walks, and playing fetch with a tennis ball. Loyal is fine with other dogs and happily greets them. He pays no attention to cats or other small animals. Loyal could use some consistent work on the leash, but his off leash recall is good! He knows basic commands.
Loyal would do best in a family that is active and will include him in their daily lives and activities. He will make a great addition to a family who likes hiking, biking, camping, beach trips, mountains, snow...he will be a great companion for those adventures! Loyal would also be great on a ranch or farm as he does not have a prey drive so good with the other animals and would love the room to run and play or help with the chores!
