My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cleo is a 3 year old kitty in need of a cat-savvy human. She is a beautiful girl who has a mind of her own! Cleo is plucky, sassy and sometimes a little over-the-top- she is playful and social- she is not shy about letting you know when she wants attention...and in turn, when she doesn't! :)

Cleo has learned all the tricks in being the conversation piece in our cat room...she will make eyes with all visitors, meow, and reach out to anyone nearby. She definitely knows how to work it!

Cleo is our resident mouser of the cat room, as during her romps outside of her kennel, she will make quick work of finding any wayward visitors who shouldn't be there! She also takes GREAT delight in being our laundry assistant- she's decided that the tops of a warm running dryer make a wonderful spot to supervise, and find her zen.

Unfortunately, this independent girl tends to get a bad rap, as most people expect cats to mold to their wishes, not realizing that these furry little ones do have their own personalities, likes and dislikes, and quirks!

Looking for a home where she can find her own way, Cleo would do best in a home with older children and lots of loving patience.
