My story

Paris came to our rescue with her sister Sandy, also available for adoption. Their beloved owner passed away, leaving behind the other owner to care for them alone, which he struggled to do, so they came into our rescue. Tyson's Place mission is to assist terminally ill people with finding new families for their pets. Paris is an absolute sweetheart that adores people. She loves to cuddle and be held and spoiled. She and her sister try to outdo each other in a quest to get the most attention from their people.

She is pretty overweight, so her foster mom is working on her fitness with daily walks, which she enjoys (though if they go too far, she does have to occasionally be picked up). She walks well on a leash. She is housebroken and good with cats. She hasn't been around a lot of children in her life, so, like most small dogs, she would do best in a home with children who know how to be gentle and calm - specifically older children or no children. She is super friendly and loving. Her foster mom has been bringing her downtown Holland to meet and greet with new people, and she is doing well. At the age of 7, she is simply middle aged and has a lot of life left to live.
