Calvin is a foodie whose favorite pastime is eating. His tail never gets any happier than when he hears the food bowls being filled. Calvin has food sensitives so needs to be on a limited ingredient food. He likes to play with his brother Bailey and loves to chill in a cat tree. He gets along well with both cats and dogs. All cats are fully vetted, including spay/neuter, testing for FeLV/FIV, fecal and age appropriate shots. The adoption fee is $100 which helps to offset some of our vetting costs.

PurRescue was founded in July of 2017 by rescuers who have been fostering since 2007 for other organizations. We are a small group that primarily rescues cats and finds them fur-ever homes with deserving families. Occasionally we also rescue dogs in need. We engage in TNR, Trap-Neuter-Return of community cats in order to reduce the population of unwanted cats.
