My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Nala, Born , F, Abyssinian
2 years old
Must be adopted with Simba

Nala is cute as a button and just as sweet and loving as can be. She is a petite little 2 year old girl. Her coat has a beautiful sheen to it.

Nala loves to play. She especially likes "da Mouse". However, she really likes anything that dangles and moves! She loves attention and will rub all over you to mark you as hers! She also will give you a gentle head butts to her foster Mom and loves to cuddle up. She has a nice soft purr that immediately kicks in so you know how happy she is. She does like being held too.

Nala will follow you around and wants to help you any way she can. In reality, she just wants to be near you. She loves humans. I suspect she would be fine with gentle children based on her behavior with visitors we have had. Nala, with the right introduction, will do fine with other easy going cats. She is currently on a raw diet 2x daily, supplemented by dry food.

Are you looking for a true companion and friend? This little girl promises to be that plus so much more. Don't miss your chance to have this adorably sweet little girl in your life.

Nala is fully vetted, is up-to date on vaccines, except for Rabies, and is litterbox perfect. She's in great shape and is be ready to go to her furever home. She must be adopted with her pal, Simba.

Please call Nancy at 916-761-1929 or email gogirlnancy0517@gmail.com or send an Adoption Application.

Nala is fostered in Elk Grove, CA
NOTE: We prefer families with children bring them to the adoption appointment. Why? This allows interaction between the children and the cat. This helps ensure they will be a good fit for each other. A mismatch between a child and a cat is not in anyone's best interest!

About the Abyssinian Breed
Of all the cat breeds, the Abyssinian is perhaps the one who lives life to the fullest. He climbs higher, jumps farther, plays harder and loves stronger. Nothing escapes the notice of this highly intelligent and inquisitive cat, a quality that makes life with him endlessly entertaining. Staying a step ahead of an Aby, or even just keeping pace with him, sometimes requires the fancy footwork of a Fred Astaire, the brainpower of an Einstein and a healthy sense of humor! You never know what he’ll get into next, although you can assume that if you have something or are doing something, your Aby will want to be right there with you helping every step of the way.

The Aby loves to play, so plan on making or purchasing a variety of toys to keep him occupied. Teach him to retrieve if you dare. Cause once you start, he will likely want to do it a lot! He learns tricks quickly and many Abys enjoy running a feline agility course. This is a playful, persistent, loving cat who adores being the center of attention. Abys are typically adaptable throughout their lives and fit well into almost any home where they are truly loved and given plenty of atten
