Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Moo Moo, a beautiful tuxedo cat with a quiet strength and a heart full of untapped love. As our longest resident, Moo Moo has been with us since she was just a kitten, growing up in the shelter and waiting patiently for her forever home. She’s often been overlooked because she takes time to trust, but for those willing to move at her pace, Moo Moo has so much to give. Once she feels safe, her gentle nature begins to shine through, and she’ll show you just how special she really is. Moo Moo is also part of Abandoned Pet Rescue’s Medical Adoption Program, which means she’ll continue to receive medical care through the rescue even after adoption. All she needs now is someone with a kind heart and a little extra patience to help her finally experience life outside the shelter. If you're looking to truly change a life and open your home to a cat who’s been waiting far too long, Moo Moo is ready to meet you. She may take time, but she’s absolutely worth it. To meet Moo Moo please fill out an adoption application at abandonedpetrescue.org!

More about this shelter
Abandoned Pet Rescue (APR) is one of the largest no-kill animal shelters in South Florida with the mission of rescuing and sheltering abandoned and abused cats and dogs with the goal of finding them new homes. APR's adoption center has about 150 cats and 30 dogs, all of which receive nutritious meals, veterinary care, enrichment and love.
APR, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, was founded in 1996 by a group of volunteers who were trapping, spaying and neutering feral cats and quickly realized the greater need to help abandoned pets and advocate for a no-kill community. APR is funded solely by generous donors and grants.
