My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Kilala is a 3 year old (D.O.B. 7-31-05) purebred Chihuahua surrendered by a rescue friendly breeder who wants the best for his dogs. The breeder who surrendered her had not had her very long and she is very timid. She does not bite or nip but she is frightened so Kilala MUST go to a Chihuahua experienced person and you must either allow her to use piddle pads or have a very securely fenced yard or both. I will be glad to give her adopter all the information I have from years of experience, mine and others, on how to help Kilala become your best friend. She weighs approximately 8.21 pounds. She has been spayed, brought up to date on her immunizations, had a dental, tested negative for heartworms and started on preventative. Kilala will not be placed in a home with children under the age of 12. Her adoption donation is $150. Kilala is currently located in Edmonton, KY (1 1/2 hours south of Louisville, KY, and 1 1/2 hours north of Nashville, TN.) She can also travel to the right home almost anywhere in the country if you are willing to help with transportation. Visitation by appointment. Hours are extremely flexible.
