My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Halo's coat is striking, but it's his personality that will win you over. He's happy and obedient (for a 2yr old German Shepherd). Here's the update from his foster home:
"He's good on a leash, very little pulling and if you stop he stops. He's great in the car, he lies down in the back seat and is quiet the whole time. While at the vet he was pretty calm with all the other critters coming and going. He plays nicely by himself with his rope toy. He looks you in the eyes when you're petting him."
Halo found himself in rescue because his owners were recently hit with 2 major medical catastrophes. They are heartbroken, but trusting Ruff Luck to find a good home for their dog.
He was AKC registered (sorry, we don't have papers). He's 2 yrs old fully vetted, microchipped, and ready for his new home. His adoption fee is $300, fostering in McHenry IL.
