Issa is an absolutely gorgeous sweet lovable baby who was surrendered at no fault of her own. She and her sister are the absolute perfect babies to adopt together. They were surrendered when their "family" decided to leave them...due to allergies after 3 years.They are two awesome totally lovable babies who just need a new home.
