My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Harley. He is a very handsome and very large boy at 16 pounds! We believe Harley may be some type of Maine Coon mix due to the size of him and his paws. We believe he is about  2-3 year's and he is ready for his forever home! He was found as a stray but has adapted to life indoors very well. Be careful when going outside, however, because he will follow you out the door! His favorite activities involve playtime and treats. He also loves speaking his mind. If he wants attention he will always tell you! He is a very sweet boy and enjoys snuggling up with you on the couch or on the bed. He is wonderful with other dogs as long as they respect his space. He does not get along with other cats, so he would have to be the only one in the house!



Because we are all volunteers, Illinois Doberman Rescue Plus only considers approved applicants to meet our orphans in our foster homes. Harley’s adoption fee is $70 which includes: vet exam, negative FIV/FeLV test, neuter, vaccinations, fecal test, flea and ear mite check, and microchip.  Please email cats@ildoberescue.com for more information.
