This special little girl was discovered in a creek bed, soaking wet and alone with no owner, momma or siblings. She was even too young for solid food so the family who saved her spent the first several weeks hand feeding her. Her original family adored Candy Corn, but unfortunately the family dog wasn’t keen on the idea of a cat so she came to FFAR for fostering with hopes of finding a forever loving home.
Candy Corn appears destined to live a charmed life. She seems to understand and appreciate that her survival is owed to people. She is a sensitive soul, and responds best to softly spoken words and gentle hands. Candy Corn is learning to enjoy the company of the other foster kittens. When she’s unsure about something, however, it’s still her two-legged family members she runs to for reassurance.
This kitten is going to turn into a stunning cat with her satin-soft fur, tufted ears, and fluffy tail. She is playful and has a bit of a tomboy streak in her. Her rough-housing is all in good fun, but this kitten will need lots of interaction and probably a feline or cat-friendly pup to help her burn off that kitten energy.
Candy Corn is a good all around citizen in the house. She is reliable with her litter box and uses her scratching post like a good girl. Estimated birth date is 6/1/2017. A looker like this won’t last long so please inquire or fill out an application today on this sweet kitten!
