Hi my name is Mica

I was surrendered to a shelter by my owner May 2017 due to allergies. I was very miserable being stuck in a cage all the time. I was re-homed but my new mommy got ill and could not keep me so i was given to a rescue who put me in a foster home. I am much happier being in a home, I love to be praised and I give nose kisses but I don't like being touched on my belly. I am just content to be around my humans and watch, I come get my cuddles on my time, after all I am a Torty. Please give me a chance to have my own family again.
