My name is Hansel and I joined CAA Rescue in foster care a couple of weeks ago.
I am leash trained and do love my walks. While I am house trained I can have accidents from time to time
I really do not like being alone though and suffer from separation anxiety and while I am not destructive I do bark, so no apartment life for me. I would like someone who is home frequently to be with me or even another doggie that I can be best friends with
I am dog, cat, people and children friendly! I am a super sweet and happy boy who just wants to be with people always.
I absolutely love car rides so we can go everywhere together
At this time in foster care I show absolutely no signs of possession or aggression.
Here is what my foster mom has to say about me: he is gentle, will let anyone pick him up and basically do whatever with him. good with all. he is like a teddy bear. Ideally he should be placed with someone that is home most of the time. He just loves company and being with people. A retired person or someone working from home, etc.

A 3-Step process to adopt one of our foster dogs.
1. Fill the adoption form. It might seem long, but it’s the best way to find the right dog for you and your family!
2. We’ll arrange a meeting with the foster family of the dog you want to meet so you can see if s/he’s the right one for you.
3. If you decide to move forward, you’ll be asked to agree to a home visit, fill-in and sign an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee.
