Here's what the humans have to say about me:
This gentle giant (136#) will be 4 years old in February and is looking for his forever home. He has been a country boy his whole life roaming from home to home in the country neighborhood getting love from everyone and we've decided it's time for him to settle down. He loves everyone and every thing. Ok, I'll tell you, that first indoor bath was a little scary at first. But once he figured out I wasn't going to drown him, he loved the warm water and massage. lol. He is fostered with tiny 5 pound puppies all the way up to a 130# Great Dane, 2 cats, horses, cows, and miniature donkeys and he gets along with everyone. He even wants to sit in your lap. You can decide if you can tolerate that. He minds pretty good for a country dog. He doesn't care much for riding in the car. But he loves going for walks and swimming and following you on horseback rides. Now don't everyone fight over him!
This pup has received at least 2 sets of Distemper/Parvo vaccines, 1 Bordetella vaccine. It has been wormed at least twice and has been spayed/neutered. It is currently on Flea/tick prevention and Heartworm prevention. If the pup is over 6 months of age it has also been tested for Heartworms. If the pup tested positive for heartworms, we treat them before they leave for their forever homes. Please email Jennifer at jenniferjmcbride@aol.com for an adoption application or if you have questions about this pup. This pup’s adoption fee is $425 which covers all the vetting mentioned above plus the extra vet visit and Interstate Health Certificate required for the pup to travel and the transport fee charged by the transport company that will transport this adopted pup from the South to his/her forever home in the North. We use a few different transport companies to help accommodate our adopters. MA adopters must pay an additional fee to have their adopted pet boarded at a quarantine facility for 48 hours per MA state law.
