Meet Dolly who is being fostered in RI! Dolly was rescued from a high kill shelter in Kentucky. She is between 1.5 and 2 yo and is about 32 lbs. She looks like a jack russell/feist mix and has great speed when playing with other dogs, they just can't catch up to her. She has a really pretty face. She loves people and is very affectionate. She is a very happy girl and is always wagging her tail.
She would make a great hiking or running partner if you are looking for this, and is good on leash walks. A fenced yard would be ideal (but not necessary) because she loves spending a good amount of time just hanging out in the backyard and loves playing fetch, she frequently catches the ball in her mouth.
She is crate trained, house trained and is always happy.
Her ideal home would be an active person, couple or family (older children because she could knock over a young child) that has a flexible schedule so she does not have alot of alone time. She is great in the car. She is simply looking for her forever home.
