An adoption application is required to be submitted to meet this kitty which can be found on-line at www.angelsonwheels.org, and click on the applications tab. Applicants must live within about 60 minutes of Crest Hill or Naperville.
Hi I'm Dusty, I was born September 23, 2017 and I'm sweet as can be. I'm a beautiful long haired kitten that will need to be brushed. I have beautiful green eyes. In fact the only way to tell me and my identical sister, Silverbell, apart is our eyes. I have green eyes, and Silverbell has copper eyes. I'm friendly, and purr all of the time. I'm very sweet, very playful, and love romping around. I'm great with other cat friendly kitties and would be fine with a cat friendly dog.
I didn't start my life so great. I was rescued with my siblings Silverbell and Binx. There were actually 5 in my litter but 2 of my siblings passed away before my rescue got them from neglect. I was very skinny, but with lots of food and KMR milk supplement, I look great now. I'm also being fostered with October and Autumn who are from a different litter but we all came in together. We are all being fostered in a home in South Naperville which is where you would go to meet me once an application has been submitted. I am healthy, am always good about using the kitty box and ready for my forever family to come meet me.
Angels on Wheels Animal Rescue does not have a physical building so there are no viewing hours, thus the reason for the application needs to be submitted prior to making an appointment for a meet and greet with this adorable kitten. If you see this this post, this kitten is available for adoption so there is no need to email us asking about availability. We update regularly.
The adoption fee of $200.00 includes:
Spay which will be paid for by the rescue through one of our vets when old enough
Microchip,
Up-to-date on routine vaccination for FVRCP
Fecal tested negative
Dewormed with Panacur and repeated 2 weeks later
Given Ponazuril
Tested for Felv which was negative
Tested for FIV which was negative
Given Revolution for external parasites and repeated two weeks later
Litter box trained
Vet checked
Free wellness exam to one of our vets
A $100.00 fully refundable deposit is required for animals too young and too small to be fixed. We do not cash the check. We hold the check then void the check when the kitty is fixed by 6 months of age. We will provide you with a coupon to have the neuter done at one of our participating vets for free. We have vets, in Naperville, Crest Hill, Wheaton, Oswego, Carol Stream and Countryside. Spaying and neutering is mandatory and part of our adoption contract.
