My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shelby came to rescue when her owner was no longer able to care for her and FDR brought Shelby into our program to find her "fureverhome". This sweet senior lady was obese and has lost quite a bit of weight, we were told Shelby was not socialized with other dogs nor had any experience with cats or children, and her current foster is unable to test in any of these areas. As a senior, we feel Shelby would do best in a home where she would be the only companion animal, to be pampered and receiving all of the love and attention her humans would provide. We are a foster based rescue, not a facility, our dogs are in foster homes in several different states. An adoption application may be downloaded from our website at www.FureverhomesDobermanRescue.org, a home visit is also required to be approved to adopt, once approved a meet and greet is scheduled with a Doberman whom is a match for your environment, lifestyle and breed experience.
