Blake is currently living in a foster home in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.
Blake is an active puppy who loves to play and to be loved on. He favorite toys are anything that squeaks and a soft flannel rope. Blake is looking for a family that shares his love of playing and eating snacks, taking lots of naps and snuggling on the couch. Blake was born in and has grown up in a foster home, surrounded by love, people, and other pups. He will make an amazing addition to your home!

Because I'm just a baby, my adopter needs to get me spayed or neutered at 6 months of age. I also need to attend a puppy class to ensure I grow up to be a well-behaved and well-socialized adult!
Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a home visit, and once approved, a meet and greet with the dog.
Please note that preference is given to adopters in Wisconsin, but adoptions in Illinois will be considered.
Adoption fee is $250.
