ABOUT ME:
Whiskey, who is also affectionately known around the Bullpen as Whiskey Whiskers, is a pint sized 4 year old bulldog boy with lots of love to give! And he’s not just a handsome face- Whiskey is also a hero! When he was still at the shelter, another dog needed a blood transfusion, and Mr. W was gracious enough to loan him a few pints!
WHAT I NEED IN A HOME:
Whiskey is wonderful with people of all sizes and would be great in a home with children over 7. He’s a playful, energetic boy that loves to be outside but he also enjoys some snuggle time with the family. The shelter says that he was good with other dogs just as long as he got to be the boss and there wasn’t food around, and he’s been friendly with the other dogs he’s met at the Bullpen. We aren’t sure how he feels about felines, but he may learn to live with a cat given a slow, proper introduction.
THE DETAILS:
Whiskey is housebroken, crate trained, knows how to use a dog door, has basic obedience training and has almost perfected walking on a leash! Mr. Whiskers is fully vaccinated, neutered, heartworm negative, and micro-chipped.

We highly recommend that our potential adopters fill out an online application as soon as possible, as it greatly expedites the process of finding the right dog for your situation.
Our dogs are available for adoption nationwide but preference is given to adopters willing to do an in-person meeting.
