My story

Estimated birth date 2003 friendly, talker and very playful The Cat Network does not have a shelter; all of our cats/kittens are in foster homes in South Florida. Our adoption fee is $75 for cats that are not microchipped, and $85 for microchipped cats, which includes deworming, age appropriate vaccination, and testing for Feline Leukemia and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus. Note: ADOPTION FEE for PUREBRED type cats, with or without papers, ranges from $75 - $250, and is determined by the foster parent. These cats are designated with 'Higher adoption fee may apply' on their web listing.
All kittens and cats 3 months and older have been spayed or neutered; many of the younger kittens will be sterilized prior to adoption as well. If you are interested in any of these pets please contact The Cat Network at 305-255-3482 or email us. You can download an ADOPTION QUESTIONAIRE TO send to the foster parent by going into our website
www.thecatnetwork.org. Once downloaded, save the questionnaire on your computer.

Why adoption is a great option

Maggie, a Miami Domestic Mediumhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Mediumhair for sale in Miami, or seeking a Domestic Mediumhair cat from a breeder in Miami.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Miami already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Miami breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Mediumhair breeders who help with Domestic Mediumhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Miami paves the way for another one to be saved.
