Phoebe is a 2 year old dachsund/terrier mix. She is high energy and can be fearful in new situations but once she warms up and is comfortable, she is a very loving girl. Because of her fear and her tendency to snap when afraid, she needs an experienced adopter who can work with her to gain confidence.
