Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Interested in adoption? The first step is an application at www.paddyspaws.blogspot.com. Please do not apply if pets in the home are not up to date per our website requirements or are not altered.
Wisconsin applications are priority, but Illinois applications will be considered if no small children are present in the home, the home is owned, and excellent vet reference can be provided. We cannot process applications from other states.
Brandy is currently living in a foster home in Whitewater, Wisconsin.
Brandy is a beautiful 6 year old Lab/Plott Hound mix and weighs about 63 lbs. (She could stand to loose a few more pounds though)... A lotta dog with a lotta love to give! She gets along with other dogs of all ages/sizes, but would also do ok as an only dog. She loves to be right by her humans side, getting all the attention. She is very laid back, loves children, listens to commands, (knows sit, shake, down, stay) and is house-trained. She loves her walks, riding in the car, her toys, and she loves, loves, LOVES the water. She is a little fish in disguise! She is not very vocal at all, and she loves to relax and chew treats.
Brandy was surrendered to a Houston shelter by her owners when they were moving and Brandy couldn't go with them. Her previous owner had her since she was 8 weeks old. She was so confused sitting in that kennel and she got so depressed. But, once she was taken out of the shelter, she blossomed. She is a very special girl and deserves a family who won't give up on her. Dare we call her perfect?

Our process includes an approved application, reference checks, a home visit, and once
approved, a meet and greet with the dog. Please note that preference is given to adopters in
Wisconsin, but Illinois adoptions will be considered. Adoption fee is $250
