Hi ya! My name is Ricotta. I was born October 14, 2017, along with my littermates Feta, Swiss, Cheddar and Gouda. We are all up for adoption! I am a very sweet, little orange-and-white, female kitten who has a soft coat and a loving personality. I enjoy getting brushed. Sometimes, I will sit on your lap for an occasional massage and ear-rubbing party. I just love it. I am a very active kitten and I love to play with other kitties. Chasing and pouncing on toys are what I do best. I am an expert climber, possibly training for the feline USA Olympic team. I will need a kitty tower in my new home to keep me in tip-top Olympic-ready shape. When I am not busy climbing on the tower or playing with my littermates, you can usually find me pouncing on my Mom's tail. It's such a great toy. And I love toys! I use a litterbox like a good girl all of the time. Please give me a chance to join your family! Adoption fee: $100. Adopt a pair: $150. Adoption event dates for 2018: January 27, February 24, March 24, April 28, May 26, June 23, July 28, August 25, September 22 and October 27. NO events in November and December 2018.
Adoption Process: Complete the application at
www.pawsforliferescue.org. We then arrange a location, date and time for you to meet some pets. If the meeting goes well and everyone is happy, you begin the mandatory, minimum two-week adjustment period with the pet as part of your family. You will pay the non-refundable adoption fee at the start of the two-week adjustment period. This pending period allows your new dog or cat time to adjust to their new home, new people, new routine, etc., and for you to decide if it's a match and the right pet for you. At the end of two weeks (some people extend the adjustment time as needed and that's fine too), if everyone is happy, then we finalize the adoption. Feel free to email if you have any questions.
