Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Apple is a 1 year old female who was brought to our shelter on January 5th by her owner who said she was 'too much dog' and 'needs more room'. Translation of this is that Apple needs to be taught basic obedience training and requires regular exercise from her family, such as regular walks and/or jogs. All dogs require these basic demands of their owners to be great additions to a family and to grow up as happy, healthy dogs. Apple is playful, friendly, and would make a great companion. Come over for a visit with her!

We welcome adoptions from people living out of the area or out of the state of Virginia. The application process is completed in person at the shelter.
