Meet Rooney, a sweet beagle mix!
Rooney was surrendered with Charming, another beagle mix. Rooney is estimated to be around 8 months old and has had a rough start in life. He’s a little thin, so we’re working on helping him gain a few pounds. He is very good with other dogs and wouldn’t mind a rescue brother or sister. Will you be the one to give sweet Rooney a forever home? Visit him and his brother Charming at our next event!

The Empty Shelter Project operates as a foster-based animal rescue. We do not have an actual facility for viewing dogs but potential adopters are welcome to meet dogs at our adoption events at PetValu every Sunday from 11-3 (except the first Sunday of the month). If you see a specific pet you would like to meet, please contact us in advance to make sure they will be at the event. PetValu is located at 10079 Market Circle Dr, Manassas VA 20110.
