Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kylo is a delightful, 17 week old, male puppy. He has a beautiful, golden short-haired coat that is as soft as can be and loves to lay with you as you brush and pet him. He can be very rough and tumble when playing with his brother and other dogs, but has been very gentle with adults and kids. He is curious, mischievous and very independent. He is still working on potty training but has made good progress. Most of the time, he will go on his piddle pads but misses on occasion. Every day he does better at going potty outside and letting us know when he needs to go.
He enjoys chewing on Benebones, and loves to play fetch to burn off that puppy energy. He sleeps well and eats like a little piggy. Occasionally he will growl if another dog gets too close to him while eating but this behavior has improved over time.
Kylo would do best in a home that is calm and allows him to have a bit of his own space, but also needs someone to give him lots of love, snuggles and fun… could that person be you?!?
The Empty Shelter Project operates as a foster-based animal rescue. We do not have an actual facility for viewing dogs but potential adopters are welcome to meet dogs at our adoption events at PetValu every Sunday from 11-3 (except the first Sunday of the month). If you see a specific pet you would like to meet, please contact us in advance to make sure they will be at the event. PetValu is located at 10079 Market Circle Dr, Manassas VA 20110.
