Adoptions have resumed. We will need to limit the number of people in the store. If there are more people than can be accommodated inside, we will form a line outside.

Jack Frost was born in the Foster's home on November 3, 2017. He is a Terrier/Dachshund/Chihuahua mix. Jack is a sweet, fun, and loving boy with a big heart! He is shy but once comfortable he is very affectionate and loves to cuddle with you on the couch. He gets along with all small dogs but fearful of large dogs. He does not want to go on walks as a result refuses to walk. He is better about walking if he has a dog buddy. He is good about being groomed and is always eager to please.

ARV rescued his mom Stephanie (AKA Stevie) from the shelter when she was pregnant. She had six puppies, Clover, Albert, Jack Frost, Mouse, Snowflake, and Little Man.

Stop by and meet our pets on SATURDAYS or if you are not able, email to arrange a convenient time to meet the pet. Why adoption is a great option

Jack Frost, a Simi Valley Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Simi Valley, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Simi Valley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Simi Valley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Simi Valley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Simi Valley paves the way for another one to be saved.
