Koko is a leopard gecko who was rescued after being abandoned by his previous guardian, in a vacant apartment. As if this wasn't bad enough of a betrayal, Koko was left in a glass tank with no heat source. Luckily, the landlord discovered him and called for help. Now, Koko is staying at one of our foster homes and adjusting very well. He enjoys eating, and it's fascinating to watch him shaking his tail like a leopard when he's on the prowl. He also enjoys lounging around and watching the cats who in turn enjoy sitting there watching him. Koko is looking for a responsible adopter, someone who believes that adoption is forever, and who is willing to learn and provide proper care. If this is you, get in touch! Koko, a Pine Bush Gecko other was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Gecko for sale in Pine Bush, or seeking a Gecko other from a breeder in Pine Bush.
Rescues and shelter volunteers in Pine Bush already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Pine Bush breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Gecko breeders who help with Gecko rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Pine Bush paves the way for another one to be saved.
