My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is Amelia. I am timid but very friendly! My sisters and brother were rescued by a loving foster parent and she has raised us all since we were very small. We have not seen much of the outside world! I am very shy at first and will need a loving, quiet place ideally. You might even consider adopting me with my sister Miss Nub so the transition will be easier for us both. I have been vaccinated, dewormed, and tested for FeLV and FIV, and I have had Revolution applied.

WHY AM I SPECIAL? I do have a special need that will be lifelong. Although I eat well and am in excellent shape, I was born without a tail and my lower spinal nerves are affected. I can walk fine but I will always have a full lower digestive system and I may need a soft diet, high fiber or pumpkin, and veterinary care to monitor the situation. The medical term for what I have is sacrocaudal dysgenesis, but I have a mild case. I need regular vet examinations my whole life :) Please give me a chance, I am very sweet and have gorgeous thick fur. In fact I am one of the most "plump" in my litter!
