Button was found at a local dog park with a shoe string attached to her and she was stuck on a fence. She is only 12 pounds. Whoever owned her never claimed her, which is no real surprise considering they let her get to that horrible condition her hair was in. It looked like she had never been groomed and her hair was matted to the skin. She is better off without them. The groomer said, 'this is the worse hair I've seen in a long time.' She did say she'd have to be shaved down.
Button is super sweet and lovable even after all she's been through. She's lively and looks at things with a positive attitude. She makes you smile just to be with her.
Button is back from the groomer and looks like a different dog! Now she's clean and ready to start with a brand new coat. What a makeover! Thanks to Shear Paradise in Mundelein for all your help!! You did a great job!!
