This is the story of Hope....
Hope was found by animal control matted and a mess. It was a cold day, and this poor girl had clearly not had any care whatsoever for a very long time. It was hard to tell what breed she was due to her condition, and it was clear she was uncomfortable. Watch her video and her story below.
Hope is a guesstimated to be around 7-8 years young, and 17lbs. We don't know anything about her history, other than how she was found. She was taken into a shelter in WV, and then the plea for rescue went out. She is now under the care of MMR, and seeking someone worthy of her love. Hope is good with other dogs, and loves attention from people. Will you be Hope's new beginning?

You can save animals like this one by becoming a foster home for a dog in need! Fosters are like way stations between high kill shelters and forever homes. We need fosters so that we can save dogs before they are euthanized at the shelters. If you are interested in becoming a foster, please check out our information about fostering on our website under 'How you can help.' MMR covers the vet care, food, and tools to get started. You supply the love. Fostering saves lives. Sometimes a foster home is the only thing standing between life and death.
