My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! My name is Napoleon and I am hoping that I can find a forever home with my best friend, Josephine. She and I have been through a lot together and we would really like to live out the rest of our days together.

We were wandering the streets together looking for food and warm safe places to sleep during the chilly nights. Lots of people would yell to us, chase us and try to catch us during the weeks we were on the run. We didn't know they were trying to help us so we would bark because we were scared.

After awhile we came across a house and decided to hang out in the yard there because this lady would put cat food outside and we found out it tastes pretty good. The lady that lived here was nice to us and didn't yell or chase us. We learned we could trust her so we let her pet and love on us.

We were super itchy and our skin was really irritated from being outside so long. The nice lady gave us to Saving Tails Animal Rescue to help us and our foster mom has been taking real good care of us. We went to the vet and got some medicine and now we don't itch anymore and we feel so much better.

I am a pretty laid back guy and I don't take up much space. I like to play with Josephine and we take naps together. We share our food and keep each other company.
