Hello there! Thank-you for clicking on my profile, I’d love to meet you. Let me tell you a little bit about adopting me.
My name is Cameron and I am a 4 year old female Terrier mix who ended up at a local shelter was a stray. My foster mom fell in love with my adorable underbite and promised to help me find my fur-ever home!
I am a sweet and loving little lady who likes to snuggle, go for walks, explore a fenced yard while supervised, and enjoy playing with my toys. I get along well with other friendly dogs and enjoy romping in the fenced yard and going for walks with my foster mom and dad. I am doing well with potty training, however, I'm not 100% at it yet. I need a patient family who will help me continue my training with positive reinforcement.
I am looking for a family who is home often, has children 8+ years of age in the home, a fenced yard (no electric fences please), and will love me forever and ever.
My friends at NBS Animal Rescue are helping me to find the perfect fur-ever home. All of the dogs in our rescue are have different personalities and needs within an adoptive home. Not all of my friends here at NBS Animal Rescue have the same requirements, so if I’m not be the perfect fit for your family- be sure to check out my other doggy friends too! For me?
These are the things I fur-sure need in my fur-ever home!
- Family who is gone no longer than 8 hour periods.
-Children must be 8yrs or older
- 100% fenced in yard - no electric fences please.
If you think I might be the perfect addition to your family please follow these steps:
1.) Visit www.nbsar.org to fill out my adoption application. As an approved adopter, my rescue friends can set up a home visit so I can meet you. Our rescue is 100% run by volunteers, to help your application be processed as quickly as possible, please make sure to….
2.) Call your veterinarian and give them permission to release information about your current and past pet’s veterinary history.
3.) Call your references too! Let them know to expect a phone call from an unknown phone number, and a rescue team member will need to talk to them on the phone as a reference.
My adoption fee is $250.00 and includes a DHPP vaccine, bordatella vaccine, de-worming, spay/neuter surgery, rabies vaccine (age appropriate), heartworm test (age appropriate), heartworm preventative, flea/tick preventative, microchip insertion, bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, leash and collar and one week's worth of food. If you’d like to meet me, please apply online and to become an approved adopter!
Our adoption process requires that any pet in your household be current on vaccinations and heartworm preventative , spayed/neutered (unless a documented medical reason is on file with your veterinarian). Dogs must be current on Distemper DHPP combo vaccine and Rabies vaccine, cats must be current on Distemper and Rabies at the time of application. This also applies to any pets in your home within the past five years.
