Landon is a male Maltese/Bichon Frise approximately 1 year old. He is a nice sized dog currently weighing about 16 pounds. Landon has a super soft white coat that is gently wavy. He has been professionally groomed and currently has a puffy, adorable puppy cut. His coat will grow out longer, full and flowing if allowed. Landon is non-shedding. He has the cutest, most unique little curly Q tail, it almost looks cropped although it isn't, its just like a piggy tail. Landon is a young, playful dog who likes to make friends and initiate play and merriment with other dogs. He likes to rough house so would do well with a canine friend that also enjoys vigorous play. He comes when he is called and is a fun loving dog. Landon would do best in a more active home where he gets long walks, maybe even short hikes, playtime and romping in the backyard. He already plays fetch and appears to be quite smart. Landon needs an owner that can give him gentle yet firm direction and show him the way since he is quite puppyish and still learning about the world. Landon appears to be mostly non-vocal and can easily adjust to different situations and environments. He is relatively non-demanding and happy with a warm bed, regular meals, some treats and a few toys. Landon was brought in stray and skinny to a very high-volume shelter where we rescued him. He has blossomed into a darling, round and robust little man in no time. Landon likes attention from his people and will hop into your arms to be held. He is a nice mix of playful young pup and warm little snuggle bug. Landon walks on leash and rides very well in the car. He is good with older children and excellent with other playful dogs. Landon has been vet checked and is healthy. He is ready for his new forever loving home today!
Landon’s adoption donation is $475 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
