Hi --I am Bridget. I am a gorgeous Border collie/aussie mix girl approx 50 pounds and my date of birth is estimated to be approximately March 2016. I was rescued after being found in the woods with a badly fractured front leg--the leg could not be repaired and so we did surgery to remove it. I am doing fine being a tri-pod--getting around my foster home yard, up several steps and playing my foster siblings. I love to be outside and love to go for walks and other adventures. While very long and rugged hikes might be a bit much-- I am still up for neighborhood strolls and nice easy hikes. Did I tell you I also LOVE my toys?!?? I have a toybox at my foster home and I love to shop in there--I will choose a few toys and play with them for hours--I throw them up and catch them and so very gentle with them. I would do great with older kids and social dogs my size --- I am a little large for small dogs and very small kids. Also, I am not a fan of cats--so I would like to request a non -kitty home, please and thank you !!
