I am Rosemary or fondly known as Rosie; I’m a 9-year-old female pug ready to start a new chapter in my life! Believe it or not, I was found as a stray in a park recently! And as much as I love being outdoors, I am so grateful to now be in the comfort of a foster home.
While I am not a licker or a cuddler, I love the attention and will wag my tail to eternity, because that is how much I love to show my love. I enjoy being outdoors, hanging out in the yard, or going on a stroll. Due to my mild arthritis and age, I need to watch my bones, but that does not stop me from asking you to give me a nudge to get on the couch or bed. I am well trained and love my bed/crate, where I spend most of my time. I get along just fine with people and other pets in the house, although if my space is intruded on suddenly, I can snap – but I don’t bite! My foster parents love to cuddle me, they think I am a teddy bear!
