Batman & Robin, Sonny & Cher, Peanut Butter & Jelly…some things are just better when they’re together…That’s the story with Louisiana & Texas, they are the perfect pair!
This furry, dynamic duo has come to us through an owner surrender. Their owner loved them very much but due to an illness could not continue to care for them in the manner that they deserved so we were contacted. We are fulfilling a promise to keep the couple together, so one lucky adopter will receive double the blessings when they bring Louisiana & Texas home together.
These two 9 year young GSPs, have received their physicals and found to be in good medical shape. Louisiana had several mamary tumors removed, which have all been found to be benign. While she still has some benign tumors left, our vet felt that they were unnecessary to be removed at this time. She will need to have this condition monitored by your vet.
Please don't let that stop you because nothing is stopping these two bosom buddies from tearing it up in the back yard, certainly not their age! After a nice romp together though that couch is looking pretty good..won’t you join them for some rubbies and ear scratchies? Of course you will!
The constant theme with these two is snuggle and snuggle some more. They are the perfect solution to a chilly day while you’re watching TV on the couch. Lou will smoosh her sugar face against you and nestle in, while Texas will be strategically positioned so you can scratchy his butt…how convenient.
They truly are the perfect pair, they share everything from food and water bowls, to toys and your couch where they love to snuggle together and groom each other. They are two lovey doves who need the perfect family to keep them together. P
