Blue Eyes "Blue" is a handsome 23 year old, chestnut and white Pinto gelding with a Bald Face and two gorgeous light blue eyes, about 15.2 hands tall, who is Special Needs. This means he can only be ridden at a walk and only on flat trails, since has ringbone in both front feet from his show days as a barrel racer and may require light pain meds. If ridden in a normal way he will go lame and may never recover.

Blue would be ideal as a handsome companion to another horse, or ridden at a walk only by a senior person or a young child learning to ride with no trotting or cantering or galloping allowed.

Blue is available to sponsor or foster only in the greater Los Angeles area as we do home and property checks and require personal identification, employment verification, and references before adoption.

His feet must be maintained and shod at least every 7 weeks to keep them in good shape.
