Katrina was rescued as a kitten with her sister from Animal Control. She is a quiet kitty, somewhat reserved, and loves attention and loves to be held and hugged. She is very gentle, and easy going, and polite. She is very observant, and likes to watch what you are doing. She doesn't mind other cats and likes to be with them and would prefer to live with other cats rather than being alone. Her coat is medium length and very smooth and shiny she is really a beautiful kitty. She has very striking dark yellow eyes and she looks like a panther. She will make anyone a very good companion and will get along with other kitties well as long as they are not aggressive to her. She is fully vetted and spayed and ready for a quiet home to call her own. She has never been around dogs or children. May be okay with older children.We only adopt to people in the St. Louis METRO area. Cats range from $150 to $175. Exotic breeds may be more.
Dogs range from $250 to $350. High demand puppies and small dogs may be more.
This fee includes: felv/fiv/heartworm testing, worming, flea and ear mite treatments, age-appropriate vaccinations, spay/neuter, rabies vaccination, lab work, dental or other medical or surgical treatments as deemed necessary by our team of veterinarians and a microchip with free registration.

St. Louis Pet Rescue is a non-profit rescue group focusing on saving pets from local animal control facilities and other neglect situations.
We do not have a facility. All of the pets we rescue are in loving foster homes. Foster homes provide love, care training, and, if needed, rehabilitation to the pets. This also allows the pet to be more adjusted when they enter their forever home since they are used to a home environment (versus a kennel at the pound).
