My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Beeno is a lively little buddy. Shy with new people at first, he quickly bonds with his 'people', wanting to be right there with them. He is fine with other dogs, but will 'taunt' small critters and kitties (typical of the breed). He would be great with older children who understand why dogs do what they do. In the wrong home his behavior may be seen as 'bad'. That is why it is so important to understand the breed you plan on adopting. He is full of FUN, and can go all day long. Long-term kennel use is not appropriate for him. If you are home, he needs to be with you. He is a very interactive dog who will learn quickly. Dogs are seen by appointment only, so please give us a call to set up an appointment. 508-759-2887. About our dogs: To limit the spread of disease, and simply because there are already way too many dogs in MA shelters in need of homes - we do not ship-in dogs from other states. Adoptions fees cover: spay/neuter, rabies, distemper, heartworm/lyme testing, med exam, flea and worming treatments, kennel cough vaccine, micro-chip and any other treatments necessary before being placed up for adoption. You will find that adopting a dog can save you a substantial amount of money and make you feel great knowing you are saving a life.
