Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Note: Koda came back into rescue, but has found another home already!
Hi, my name is Koda and I am an easy-going Malamute in search of a new home. I was taken in by Moonsong when my first family didn't have the time they needed to spend with me. Then I was fostered and eventually adopted from Moonsong by a nice family who has a couple kids and I thought this would be my "furever" home. However I'm just not getting along with their younger son, so I need a home without kids or with older children above age 15. I have been a very good boy with both my families and love to hang out with my furry girlfriend and go on walks together and any other adventure we might get to experience. I love the snow, cooling off in lakes and rivers when it's hot and to go on hikes all the time! I am also quite the gentleman inside and enjoy the comforts that brings.
I have always enjoyed meeting new people and don’t mind being on my own, but I would much prefer to be around others or at least have a furry friend to hang out with. I don’t really feel the need to be petted and cuddled all the time, but I am always up for a belly rub. I would be so happy to be in a home with other friendly dogs I can play and hang out with. I have always played nice with other medium to large dogs but might see small animals as prey to chase. Please check with my contact below if you are interested in me!
