This dog is being fostered in Dallas TX and must be adopted within the Dallas or North Central Texas area.
NAME: Toby
GENDER: Male (Neutered)
AGE: About 6 years

DOGS/CATS: Gets along great with other dogs, Fine with cats
CHILDREN: Should be fine with children 10 and older
Introducing Toby! Toby is a sweet boy with a calm personality. We aren't really sure if Toby is a chi mix, a pom mix or maybe even a sheltie mix. Toby is approx 6 years old, weighs 18 pounds and is a little overweight but also he is a sturdy guy. He gets along great with the other dogs in his foster home. He will bark at the squirrels running across the fence and give chase. We have not see him play with toys yet but then we are still getting to know this charming boy. He is housebroken for the most part but is your typical boy and needs frequent trips to the yard. Toby is not a picky eater therefore his food intake will need to be measured and monitored. He likes to play with some of the younger dogs and follow his foster mom around the house. He knows how to use the doggie door and likes to go on walks. Due to his long coat, Toby will need regular baths and grooming. Toby loves everyone and would be a great family dog.
Toby is neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccinations and on heartworm prevention.
