My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cocoa Puff is a very sweet, young Pointer / Staffordshire Terrier mix. She is 40lbs and still very young.

Cocoa Puff was a street dog who had a trauma to her pelvis and back leg, most likely hit by a car. She was not utilizing her back right leg at all. She was placed in foster and got a thorough orth eval. The damage to her leg was so severe, she had her back leg amputated. She went through surgery and the short rehab just fine and its not stopped her at all. See the videos of her happily playing with her foster siblings.

Cocoa Puff is well socialized, gets along with other dogs and people well. She is an energetic although well-mannered girl, not hyper. She is friendly and affectionate, she likes to give kisses and loves to get hugs. Her favorite thing to do is bask in the sun on the grass. She is house and kennel trained and does well on a leash. She is heartworm negative, healthy and fully vetted.

If you are looking for the sweetest companion, she is it! She is very likable girl.
