Aunt Jemima (known to most simply as "Pancake") is a volunteer favorite here at OCSP! She is a striking young tortie with a pancake-colored face. Pancake tends to go flopy when picked up and will melt in your arms. As of early May she is only 5 months old but she can be quite mellow for a kitten. Of course that doesn't mean she doesn't like to play! In fact, she occasionally embodies the saying "It's the quiet ones you have to watch out for." She'll be quietly snuggling with her foster's dog, then you blink and she's somehow teleported to the top of a bookcase! Every moment with Pancake is sweet and fun, as her name implies.

We are available to meet and greet on Saturdays from 10:30 am - 1:30 pm at Petco Mission Viejo, 11 am - 2:30 pm at Petco Westminster, 12 pm - 3:00 pm at Petco Huntington Beach (on Adams) from 12:30 - 3:30 pm at Petco Costa Mesa, and Petco Newport Beach from 12 pm to 3 pm. We also hold adoptions at the Puppy Store at Main Place Mall in Santa Ana from 11:30 -2:30pm. You can also visit our website: www.ocsmallpaws.org. Adoption fees are $150.00 per cat and $170 per kitten up to 6 months old. We offer reduced fees for adopting two cats together ($275 for two adults, $315 for two kittens).
Adoption fees include spay/neuter, microchip, deworming, UTD on vaccines, FELV/FIV testing, and any other vet care that has been administered. There is an additional fee to pay with a credit card.
