Here's what the humans have to say about me:
His foster's son named him Zeus (but he is more of a dork than that name suggests). This young boy is just over a year old, loves people, other dogs, and is fine with cats. He is a typical young male clown and will make you laugh every day. He steals laundry (and anything else he can find) and wiggles when you catch him with no remorse. He is NOT housetrained and needs an experienced dog owner to help him continue with that training. He can be mouthy and quick to use his teeth in play. Due to that and some guarding behavior most families with young kids would not be a suitable home. Zeus is going to NEED A JOB. He would be great for someone that wants a performance dog for agility, obedience, etc. Something to keep his mind busy. He is biddable, focused on his handler and wants to work.
All of our dogs live in foster homes with volunteers. We need an approved application on file to set up a meeting with a dog you might be interested in. You can find our application at www.aussierescuemn.org. All dogs have an adoption fee of $300 plus MN sales tax. We pride ourselves on matches that are awesome for both the dog and your family. Aussie Rescue of MN is here for support, advice and as a safety net for our dogs for the rest of their lives.
