My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey friends! My name is Atom and I'm 11 months old. I'm an adventurous boy that enjoys snuggling and sunbathing. I still have a lot to learn but also a lot of love to give for the right human who's willing to work with me. I will need time to warm up to you. I'm already neutered and microchipped. I can be a bit mouthy when I play so I would do best if the children in the house were a bit older while I learn. I get along well with other dogs when properly introduced but I'm not to fond of cats though, I will get used to the cat for the right human :) I had x-rays recently and the vet found very, very early signs of hip dysplasia. My sister, Mimi, has an issue with her lower ribs bowing out and we think these issues are the result of poor backyard breeding prior to my rescue by Sadie's Safe House. It is recommended that I be on a joint supplement for the rest of my life.
